Very poor services. It seems NHS just wants to take a maximum of UK people money and do nothing. Furthermore, this GP normally has only locum (part-time) doctors. Please, female patients, "be careful" and more visualent read between the lines.
Staff are really nice even tho they're under a lot of pressure and the public can be so rude to them doctors are really nice and get the job done so thank you
Have always got my prescriptions I need on time and everyone there are very helpful and polite
Most disgusting GP there is in the county, never get an appointment and today 3rd time surgery lost the referal/doctors discharge letter with follow up medication from basildon A&E 7 hour visit due to unable to walk and released on crutches, then Blond old lady named Olivia who has a liberty to raise her voice and loose all her professionalism after requesting me to get the discharge letter after medication already has been prescribed previously in october told me to go back to basildon hospital and get the same letter, after stating that surgery has lost the record of such discharge and follow up antibiotics prescribed, proceeds to call me rude and runs off whilst passing the request to nurse who straight away picks up the argument and proceeds to stating we will not tolerate this kind of behaviour after expressing frustration about 3rd time unprofesionalism in loosing documents also not taking any accountability, disgusting practice, stay clear all, specially from menopausal Olivia who clearly is not trained and should retire, as for nurse should update her training and not get involved in behind politics but provide people with appointments and care which are unheard of in this practice, have reported this GP surgery to several boards, will see the outcome, also changing the GP
Happy so far with the surgery.Nice and helpful reception sraff and the doctors do care.
Terrible and worst Gp I’ve ever experienced. I call at 8am on the dot, wait almost a whole hour and still there are no appointments left once I get to the front of the line. This gp needs more workers and new receptionists to add onto that. I have moved recently but I’m considering going back to my Old Gp which is 40 minutes away, in comparison to this one which is 5 minutes away, as I know I am better off there where I will be able to get appointments ever so easily. And receive 5/5 service from the doctors just as much as the receptionists.
This is a horrible horrible Gp, and from just looking at other reviews I’m shocked this place hasn’t closed due to the poor service. 0 starts from me
Absolutely terrible service from the receptionist as well as the doctors. Receptionists don’t know how to
Give clear information to the patients making it more difficult for patients to get an appointment. Doctor answered the call with much anger when I had told her I will speak for my mother after asking receptionist if I could and them allowing me to. Doctor then proceeded to tell me that I need to sign a permission form on the day of my appointment meaning I would have to book another appointment to speak to them? Quite ridiculous. Then I asked if she could just call my mum after all and speak to her. Once they did call her the lady over the phone wouldn’t even let her ask any questions and hung up. As for the receptionists, very ignorant and not wanting to do their job just sitting down most of the time and not carrying out the basic needs of which a receptionist should do. If I could give a 0 star I would.
The worst GP I've encountered in my life Dr. NIRUPA is not a doctor. is a person who wants to do his "job" as soon as possible and have peace of mind, does not check my child's patients, did not check it and in the red booklet she marked everything as checked! The old lady on registration is very mean, and rude! She can't help anyone, she rolls her eyes in front of people when she doesn't like something! These people shouldn't be working there, this GP should be closed long ago! I do not recommend to anyone.
