Very friendly garage. Went in to get a clutch fitted. When I dropped vehicle of I asked if they could do a service and some extras. They agreed even with short notice. They went over and beyond expectations. Prices were very competitive.Would certainly recommend and be going back for future repairs and mot's etc. Thanks guys.
Think it's my third MOT here. Can't fault it. Feel valued as a customer and treated good. Have not so good experience with other places in area, but this is by far my favourite.
My experience of this company - I was actually very impressed with their customer service! A long way from my home in Herts and found myself in dire need of some help to be able to get back there when my BMW X5 unexpectedly sprung a cooling system leak. Asking around I was pointed in the direction of Dick Hillard's garage in Long Sutton. Turning up there out of the blue I couldn't have expected a better outcome. Friendly and efficient hands on service from the owner Dick who was able to quickly diagnose the source of my problem as a cracked expansion tank and he then promptly sourced and ordered a replacement genuine BMW part which was then quickly fitted for me the next day while I waited. Old school service and very reasonable pricing does this company great credit and, I would have no hesitation in using their services again if need arose when back in the area. Thoroughly recommended. Thanks Dick, you're a gent.
If you want to be ripped off this is the place to go! Dodgy service team only looking for your cash without fixing the problem. Went in with an ABS light on and a slow puncture in the tyre due to a rim issue. Had a two new tyres fitted, been told they fixed all issued and after paying over £300 going home ABS light appeared to come back. Later found out that the they swapped faulty rim from back to front. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!
