Have been lucky enough to patron this cafe several time since its opening and have had consistently positive experiences. Their eggs benedict is one of my favorite offerrings that they have. Sounds silly but I appreciate that they actually dress their salads, instead of sending out dry lettuce with a packet of salad creme.
Food: quality is consistent, always hot and fresh.
Service: the Family that owns it always makes sure to provide friendly, personal service.
Atmosphere: The feline employees sometimes make their rounds, but it it dog friendly. Very limited indoor space, but the patio in good weather is so stunning when everything is in bloom!
Accessibility: while its possible, there is limited mobility in the entrance and dining room so be aware. Parking is essentially non existent, as there are residents who share the lot. So be sure to plan accordingly. Be curteous and dont' park at the hardware store across the road or next door at the garden centre. Generally I find it easiest to utilize street parking on Bridge st, never had an issue finding a spot to walk.

We had a lovely Afternoon tea for my husband's birthday and thoroughly enjoyed the food and cosy atmosphere with 3 friendly resident cats as well.

Lovely new café in Downham Market. The owners are very sweet. The decor and atmosphere are wonderful.
Popped in for lunch and had a lovely smoked salmon on toast. Mr. Biff (cat) is the loveliest company. Will be happy to return soon.
What a great find. Tucked away off the road this small friendly place provides excellent quality food at amazing value. Just be aware they have no parking but easy on street parking nearby if you turn off the main road.
I had my wedding meal at Dial house and I can’t praise them enough. Everything was just right they all deserve the highest praise Thankyou once again for making my special day …Special . On Saturday 9th march. Today 13 th march Our experience at Dial house was exceptional, the food, staff and hospitality were amazing . Highly recommended. Looking forward to next time .
Downham Market' superb hidden gem. Just opposite Barkers DBS. Lovely surroundings, great breakfast, friendly staff; there was even a lovely tabby cat! No parking unfortunately - but polenty of places to park, even on Market Day.
Tried the new lunch time menu today, fabulous food in a great atmosphere, sitting outside in the sunshine, very relaxing ????
We stopped in for coffee and ended up staying for lunch. Such a lovely, quiet cafe with lots of charm. The coffee and food were delicious and the service was great. Definitely stop here if you can!
