I ordered at 11 on the night it’s now 2:30 and the foods still not here they delayed my order 3 times. I called at least 5 times and surprise surprise they hung up every time they also said it was out for delivery and it just didn’t show up which is a piss take
Absolutely loved it, I took my daughter there and the staff were amazing we didn't wait long and the desserts were spot on, I'd recommend the helter skelter milkshake and the red velvet cookie doough ????
The guy who is in the shop during the day is actually very polite and respectable but its been a few times that we have ordered at night and the person answering calls is very rude.
We ordered at 9:50 (night) and was told it'll be 45 mins. We called a few times after and the guy was terribly rude. Its now 11:14 and we still haven't recieved our order.
Its a joke. Will not be ordering again!!!!
THE NIGHT SERVICE IS AWFUL i waited 2hrs for the desert and never got it because the delivery guy was to sacred to come out of his car to give it to me
Placed an order at 10:30pm, waited until 11:50am to phone and say almost all the order was out of stock and replaced with much cheaper items that we didn't want.
Asked to cancel after waiting 2 hours and restaurant assistant claimed "no you can't cancel he's on his way now" so I went via Uber and had it cancelled.
Was very disappointed in this service, should have either updated the app to show unavailable or let us cancel after a 2 hour wait, a shame we had to go higher than them.
Won't be ordering again due to this.
Great place to pick up a desserts. The prices are very good and they can turn around your order really fast. I always have take away and the food is always packed well so it does not spill or get spoilt while I drive home. I usually have the waffles and they are amazing. They are light and easy to eat and not stodgy like other places.
I will NEVER order from this place again I ordered a waffle it was an absolute mess I also ordered ice cream it was completely watery and also leaked on my other desserts everything completely sticky couldn’t even cut the waffle it’s like it was made out of glue overall DO NOT ORDER from this place !!!!!!!!
Ordered from here the delivery time frame was 25-40 minutes arrived 1 hour 10minutes later the cookie dough was ice cold and milkshakes like water called the restaurant and was told the order was made fresh I asked why it took the driver 40minutes to deliver my order when it left the shop and she did not even have a delivery bag the guy on the phone said the manager is not here so I cannot do anything, Great service thanks but never again
