I have given 5* due to only 1 doctor Dr Luque. What an amazing Dr will listen to your health problems and will do the necessary checks. This Dr has been there for a very long time and his never changed as a Dr yes u might not be seen at your appointed time but always happy to wait. Amazing Dr
Disappointed! I call to place an appointment I got few things I needed to be seen for by the Gp the receptionist tell me I can only be seen for one check and others I have to book another day.mind you they are fully booked! The only available slots is in the end of may.
Called to book a mental health appointment for a relative, was told 21 day wait for mental health appointment, when thoughts of suicide was mentioned they said the would transfer to 111 then hung the phone up.
Previous I was also told to man up when talking about my own mental health
Update: 30/01/2023 I previously wrote a review 2 years ago for this doctors. Had to update it considerably because the service has gone down hill. Customer service rude & unprofessional. The receptionists think they are doctors or health care workers giving out advice when you require a actual nurse or doctor.
Call waiting times ridiculous, lack of overall care and service.
Been going here since I was a child. Not alot has changed. Just well maintained and looked after. A few additional features and services to keep inline with the changes and commitments year round. Always friendly service from reception team. Doctors for me is based on preference as some of them I have incountred have been rude and not helpful while others are friendly and kind. Would especially avoid dr reidy. But overall great service
I booked an appointment at 11:15 and arrived around 11:00 and currently it's 12:10 and other people arrived after us and get to go first. We asked the receptionist it's been 1 hour and they said if you have a problem you may leave, like they have NO MANNERS. This always happens.
Doctors here are illiterate, don't help with patients and only good doctor is Luque. Don't reccomend surgery unless you want to waste your time.
I am new to this surgery and was a bit scared of going due to all the bad reviews. I had an appointment but didn't get seen to about an hour after my appointment. The wait was long but I was seen by Dr Luque, what a lovely man. He was very professional, did all the necessary checks and put me at ease, he apologised for the long wait, I can not fault him in anyway. I am not sure about the rest of the doctors so I can't vouch for them. It is not the most welcoming of surgeries but Dr Luque makes up for that. At this time I would recommend this surgery. Also it is a nightmare to get through on the phone line but i held on until i got to speak to someone
I arrived for my appointment regarding a follow-up on a suspected allergic reaction which hospitalized me. I was told that this GP surgery does NOT deal with this type of thing! During the same appointment I asked for them to check my glucose and cholesterol levels etc. again they refused claiming that I have to be 40 before they can check for these kinds of things. It took 3 days of waking up early for an emergency appointment which I was lucky enough to over others that are also trying to check their own health but it is pointless. This practice should be closed down. It is an insult to the field of medicine and the clients that they supposedly care for. The doctor I saw is an absolute disgrace and she should be disbarred from practicing medicine. Hippocratic oath... My a**. I had to plead and force her hand to send me for a blood test after suffering severely. DO NOT USE THIS GP PRACTICE. They do not care at all.
Absolutely abysmal doctors surgery, please if you can, go elsewhere. You call at 8:30am for an appointment only for you to sit through 10 mins of automated waffle before being given options to press (press 1 to book an appointment and skip the waffle). When you do get through, you're hit with "all lines are currently busy" and the call is disconnected. They have zero holding/telephone queuing system to take appointments. I've never seen a doctors that doesn't have a phone queuing system. Please try and register elsewhere if you can.
