It was the first time visiting Derby St Pharmacy today having been let down by my previous pharmacy. I am so happy I chose to use them today. The staff are polite, courteous and professional.. and brilliantly expediant. I have now changed where I get my prescriptions from to Derby Street Pharmacy. This is the standard by which others should aspire. Brilliant!!!
Very Bad Especially when they've Not got all your correct medication.. after all the time of receiving it from here.. They Now always make out.. the most important part of your medication.. they Don't have in Stock and Then tell you they Don't Know if will or when they'll even have anymore in knowing that the one that orders stock in is sitting in the back ordering all other stock ... Basically holding back your meds for the important one's.. As if we all aren't.
First time using Derby Street Pharmacy, it was for my Flu/COVID Injections I also had my BP taken, lovely clean Pharmacy,the staff were very welcoming and friendly , The lovely Man (sorry I forget his name) did not rush me and answered any queries I asked clearly and professionally. On my personal experience I would definitely recommend.

I recently moved my prescription to this pharmacy because I was fed up with the poor service from elsewhere. My prescription was ready when I arrived to collect it....in and out within 2 minutes. Friendly staff as well who don't ignore you when you walk in.
Great advice on anything medical. Also got our flu jabs here as our gp surgery still dragging their feet over the flu jabs ... brilliant staff 1st class service. Quick and efficient highly recommend. Thank you.
