Derby street pharmacy my todays experience is very good doctor did mistake to my son’s prescription and she put so much effort and made it correct and hand it time almost one minute before closing time . I am very thankful to her.
Sunday night, in need of some Albos oil. The ONLY shop which was open till 7PM on a Sunday. If all goes upside down, go here. Life savers ????????
This pharmacy has never disappointed. Generally good service and lots of knowledge. The only throw off has been the change of business hours on Saturday. Rigby's opened next door, figured the hours have changed do to competition but Rigby has decided to not open Saturdays at all.
And this chemist is one of very few that are open late on Sundays or at all.
Outstanding service at a time we really needed it - ended up in A&E with one of the family, late Christmas Eve. Needed antibiotics, a quick call ahead to the only chemist I could find open- had them in stock and dispensed at like 10:30 - literally life savers can't thank you enough - great service !
Derby Street pharmacy customer service getting very weak with no communication, if you try phone them more than 20-40 times you might not get answers even one time, repeat prescription is never on time.
Was closed when got here says shut at 7
Ridiculous service. Staff have excuses like we have no staff. Ordered prescription a week ago but still no meds. Staff informed they have no staff to chase up script. Can call 111 for emergency supply. Does not deserve any stars.
