Got thru within minutes after six to a lovely lady was so helpful got an appointment straight away. Lady on reception was so lovely and kind I’m not a fan dentists but was out at ease with this dentist very nice caring lady got my antibiotics and pain relief didn’t have to find a chemist open All an all a pleasant experience thank you so much
Everyone was really helpful, from the initial phone call to the actual appointment - which was less than an hour. I was put at ease, having told them of my extreme fear of Dentists and they could not have been more helpful.
Anti-biotics for the infection were provided on site and a referral provided to a local NHS Dentist for follow up treatment. Also lots of advice on how to prevent further problems.
I understand why some people have posted negative reviews: They are in pain and want immediate relief. The reality is that is an unrealistic expectation and within the restrictions of reality, MCH are about as good as it gets. I recommend them if you are need of urgent care.
Trying to get an appointment with my dentist for 4weeks in serve pain spread mouth infection both side top and bottom Dentaline claim they can't help I can't eat,drink let alone sleep. No help trying again now saying can't be connected constantly no ringing. And then when get through can't hear them. So what's the point NHS need to sort this out serve pain for 6months infections and infection as waiting on root canal!
111 said i need to see a dentist in 12 hours or less. I explained my symptoms and was yelled at to leave by a very argumentative woman. i am in pain and worried i have an infection, swelling included. this does not count as an emergency according to the horrible woman on the phone, if i die it's on her <3
Looks like I’m going to join the long list of dissatisfied , I rang with lots of dental pain. No sleep. Got told all morning appointments gone ring back for the evening! So I did . Same answer to questions and got told this time, I don’t meet their requirements! That was after an hour on hold. Rude person on phone saying my pain relief which was recommended by a pharmacist wasn’t good enough! I would have saved the time and seen a private dentist if I knew! So give this lot a wide berth … lame reply!! It’s now 1am I’m in agony thanks !
Rude women on th phone, talks like a robot, didn't even ask what's wrong asked me a few questions and I told me to take pain relief and I can't be seen. Absolutely disgusting service.
Rang up 2 day as my tooth is hurting and it’s very loose and hurts when I eat could get a infection and thay said thay won’t pull it out when it needs taken out what a load off rubbish
After reading the bad reviews, I was petrified to use this service. Having been in severe pain for 4 days, I gave them a call. Initially didn’t qualify to be seen, but by the evening things were getting much worse but they were fully booked although the lady I spoke to was very reassuring and asked me to call back in the morning as I would be seen then. Called back Sunday morning to get seen in Canterbury straight away.

The dentist and her assistant were faultless and eased my pain and my fear. I cannot thank them enough. I’m now patched up ready to see my dentist next week.
