Been at this dentist years, dont really like change and nowhere to move to these days.The treatment is ok, i havent had any problems but i havent needed much treatment tbh. My last 2 appointments have been cancelled (well after covid issues) meaning ive waited 16 months for my checkup. The worst thing is the time they keep you waiting for your appointment EVERY TIME, expect to wait over an hour past your appointment time, they think you havent got anywhere else to be. Surely they should just allow more time for appointments or maybe have 2 free slots per day to catch-up, also if they know they are running an hour behind call you to say come later. One time i waited over an hour 20 and had to go back to work without been seen as they were running that late, my husband got seen nearly 2 hours late!. Not acceptable, no customer service , no sorry just the same every time. The dentist practise is very messy & needs some general tidying up & a refurb
Reception staff are rude. Tried to cancel my son’s appointment 1st thing, no one answered for 2 hours then was threatened with being struck off as was too late to cancel by the time they answered. Think retraining the receptionists would be good idea. Was on hold for 30 minutes today trying to sort my sons appointment but because I questioned the receptionist on cancellation policy she now has put a complaint in against me. Avoid
I went here for years but had to move, purely because of the waiting times. I've been to a few dentists and have never had to wait 1.5hrs in a cramped waiting room before being seen.
The staff are nice but wouldn't ever offer to clean your teeth (as they should as part of every appointment)... you would have to awkwardly ask, before they are shipping you off.
I know some places are strained because of where they are, but here it seems they are happy to have tired, annoyed people - just to get as many through the door.
Helen is a excellent dentist makes sure everything is done while you are there yes people sometimes wait ages but people need treatment sometimes so bound to be running behind
I have been seeing Helen for about 16+ years and am so glad she is still there. She has always been so kind and caring, especially today and wanted to say thank you! I hope she never leaves! ????
Been here since I had my first tooth and just because last year I was at hospital and thought I could make both appointment I didn't cancel it and I had a leg surgery to remove a lump and I got out late and now I have to register somewhere else or wait over a year to make one and Helen said it was fine but they still won't make me appointment only missed ONE appointment and you have to miss 2 appointment to be taken off the list
I have got to say how nice the staff are ,I felt very comfortable having my teeth done today , no pain didn't even no she had finished clean and tooth out , a big thank you
Helen and all the staff there are faboulous. Helen helped me.get over my fear of dentist and has looked after my family and I for years. The dental nurses are fab so are the receptionist. Thankyou all yr amgles
