Receptionist are not giving the appointment where dentist asked to visit after Christmas and Receptionist is saying go to first hygienist as doctor can't see without this whereas I have got the message to visit for oral check up. This is the quality of dentist here where I have paid 70 pounds which is valid for 3 months after the payment. Very upset. Who will decide about the further treatment either patient or Doctor ? Who is Receptionist to decide ? Never refer to anyone.

So, so poor, tried to get a retainer here. I ended up waiting weeks, calling and checking in the whole time only for them to tell me my retainer was ‘lost’. Most dentists understand you need a retainer quickly to keep teeth in place but not this one.

I've needed both quite major emergency treatment twice during pandemic, as well as ongoing repairs. Although I've been registered at the practice for years now, I've been touched and impressed all over again by the care given - from the Reception team to Ash & Lynda in the treatment room. I got really anxious today before a big extraction, and they took time to talk me through, get me settled. Aftercare always great too when I've needed prescriptions. Recommend them to everyone.

Needed an appointment and I was seen the same day. Really efficient and easy. Ash and Lynn were extremely helpful in explaining everything with lots of advice and support. Thanks so much for all the help!

I cannot recommend the hygienist Maria enough. Not only is she excellent at giving dental advice, she is kind, warm, and funny, and makes you feel completely at home when you visit her - it's not often you go to the dentist feeling somewhat inspired about life! I find the dentist often makes me extremely anxious, but not one bit of anxiety was felt on my visit, and I really really do look forward to seeing her again - all hygienist should be like her. Some people are too scared to go back, but I am sure this will not be the case for any past or future clients who see Maria.

I had an appointment with the dentist Ash and his dental nurse Lynn today, and they were both brilliant, I couldn't have asked for better care. I have been to 2 dentists previously with the same problem one was awful and the second helped temporarily. But today the whole team went above and beyond from the guy on reception who held the door open for me (as I am on crutches), to the dentist and his nurse. I would recommend these guys to anyone who needs any dental care. very caring, understanding and gentle.

I had appointment with hygienist Maria, what an amazing experience. She is the best hygienist I ever had treating me. She is kind when explained and talk to me through the appointment. Telling me what she was doing and why in an easy, friendly and professional manner. So I knew what to expect.From now on,I will not let anyone else to clean my teeth. I am highly recommending her to anyone who is looking for a very professional and extremely friendly hygienist, to book an appointment with Maria and you will not be disappointed. I will always book appointments with Maria even when she moves to a different practice. I will follow her by doing search on her name to see where she is working so do not lose her or let her go. It was a pleasant and surprising experience to be greeted by a courteous male receptionist with a warm and broad smile.

The worries that I had about visiting this dentist for the first time soon became a distant memory when I was greeted in the same way by Natalie, the dental nurse, who escorted me from the reception to the surgery.

Here I was introduced to Dr Elamin the dentist. He encouraged me to call him "Ash", jokingly stating that he would not hurt me a lot but maybe only a tiny bit.

The entire surgery was clean being a clinical environment which I was able to appreciate a great deal being a Clinical Optometrist.

In all, I can sum it all to be a good experience.

I would thoroughly recommend this surgery to any of my patients as the standard of care was not only great but they all gave well reasoned answers to all of the questions that I posed them concerning the management of the clinical issues I presented with.
