Had an emergency dental appointment today. Was absolutely dreading it due to the negative reviews but I can assure you, I had the best experience.Please don't let these reviews put you off. First off the receptionist was lovely,very friendly and helpful. Then I saw 2 lovely dentists (I'm sorry I didn't get their names) but I mentioned straight away that I was nervous and they were so nice and made me feel very calm. I would happily move my dentist to here permanently.Overall very good experience.
I've been suffering for weeks with a terrible toothache (after breaking it) and in less than an hour the dentist and the nurse had not only fixed it up and comforted me through the procedure but told me exactly what was wrong and why I had been in so much pain. They gave me some recommendations on how to prevent it from happening again in addition to some aftercare suggestions.
I had been very nervous about visiting the dentist after such a long time but they were PERFECT ???? . The receptionist was a lovely black woman who had no problem helping me and compared to other receptionist seemed to really value customer satisfaction. I'd rather not have to go back but if it was impertinent, I wouldn't worry.

My partner had emergency treatment (tooth extraction). Everyone was friendly and put us at ease. Tooth taken out very quickly!! Great dentist!
Easily the best dental experience I’ve ever had. I went in for an emergency appointment and ended up getting a wisdom tooth removed, the extraction went smoothly, the anaesthetic was placed so well, only my gums and a bit of my cheek were numb, it wore off almost entirely in 30 mins. After it wore off I had no pain, no swelling just tenderness. 10/10 would recommend.
Quite simply the worst and rudest dentist I've ever had the misfortune to meet. They shamed me, belittled me and disregarded everything I said. I was in major pain with 3 broken teeth to be extracted but after humiliating me and not showing me my x-ray, it was decided that all they needed was "A Good Clean", followed by two agonising minutes of her yanking the very teeth I was complaining about whilst tapping them to see which ones hurt the most. I left with a mouth full of blood and in more pain than when I entered. You'll be hearing from my solicitors.
I was referred by 111 and got a same day appointment for excruciating wisdom tooth hole pain. I got a 6.40pm out of hours appt and they called me in on the dot, they were all so lovely, friendly and welcoming and made me feel super comfortable. I can't remember the dentists name (Fiona?) but she was so personable and helpful - I needed an extraction which couldnt be done there and then so needed to be referred (waiting list around 3 months) - she's put a temporary fix on and have some antibiotics to help with the swelling and pain until it can be taken out. What a lovely team, you're doing a great job!
The friendliest dental surgery I have ever visited! The dentist and nurse were professional and caring and the receptionist was even kind enough to offer the patients water on arrival. A big thank you is due!
