Food has all been brilliant, apart from the sweet and sour chicken balls that are really not great. The batter is wayyyyyy too thick.
This is the only reason I haven’t given it 5 stars.
I rarely leave negative reviews but this was a truly awful meal and easily the worst takeaway I’ve had! All of the food seemed to be past its best - the veg was soggy and the sauces were really watery and greasy at the same time. A waste of £35 - we couldn’t even eat more than a few bites!
Doesn't even deserve 1 star. Food was not fresh. Chic chow mein was burnt. Spring rolls were filled with bean sprouts and nothing else and were absolutely tasteless. Chicken fried rice was mainly rice with no flavour and old! Unacceptable quality and disgusting food

It still blows my mind how this is a first world county and yet THIS is what we are being served! I moved to England from SA 2 years ago - and Third worlds do not serve you food like this! Shocking to say the least. The food was absolutely overcooked, dry and tasteless. Unfortunately Pitstone is small and takeaway options minimal - Certainly will never be back! PLEASE AVOID - unless you enjoy wasting your money! In fact maybe I should consider opening a take away - sure as hell would make a killing if THIS is my competition!!!!
Food was positively disgusting. Greasy and tasted of sugar and salt nothing else. A few spoons made me feel so sick with the sloppy Grease that we binned it waste of £35.
Used alot on way home from work collected takeaway Friday it was awful not fresh threw away ,disgusting spent £33.40 won't be going back
Still the best Chinese food I've tasted. The sauces are freshly hand-made which really compliment the food. Delivery straight to your door and always piping hot. I highly recommend them!
We used to use this take away regularly but it’s gone down hill drastically. Our recent order was disgusting, the chicken balls were large lumps of batter hardly any chicken, which looked like they had been deep fried several days in a row. The salad with the duck was slimy, gone off and starting to smell. As for the other dishes we were lucky to find any prawns or chicken in them. We will not be using them again. I would like to rate this 0 stars out of 5 but it won’t let me
