I live locally to Delicious Garden and get from there regularly. With my AuDHd I prefer the same thing over and over (iykyk) so I go with Salt & Pepper chips. Or a snack like jumbo sausages for my dogs sometimes. I’ve never had an issue with them and love the crunchy ones too (chips). Always have a nice kick to them. My partner is fond of the crispy sweet chilli beef. In my opinion the prices are reasonable and not as expensive as most of these newer/modern food places. I don’t think I’d like everything on the menu, but it does the job. The foods okay the staff are lovely and there isn’t an atmosphere cos you can’t sit in an eat. Just a blue bench to wait for your food.
The food from here is disgusting. When I called to explain that the noodles in both chow meins were mushy and watery, the sweet and sour chicken was limp and tastless. The chips were stale. He said he would refund me providing I haven't eaten it. I advised I had a few mouthfuls obviously, I needed to try it. I returned the food and was advised by his wife that she would only refund half. So I had to pay £26, have no food and only get £12.50 back? Make it make sense? My point here is. The food is not worth the money and managment are horrible individuals.
Phoned to say thank you.. our food was absolutely fantastic, tasty hot and just how ud expect a Chinese to taste..the flavours were on fire ???? to perfection ???? thank you once again..definitely worth a visit if you have never tried ????????????

I got a beef chowmain last week it was OK but it was just noodles n carrots n beef I won't be going back sorry
A good local Chinese takeaway with hot, freshly-cooked and tasty food. Large portion sizes for the hungry and cheaper options as well if it helps stretch your budget. We've used Delicious Garden several times now and have always enjoyed our meals. I just wish they did pineapple chicken, my favourite! Their Fillet in ginger and onion makes up for it, though.
I love the customer service and I love the food but when it's prepared by the old lady. The couple's food tastes a bit somehow.I think they need cooking lessons from the old lady. I would recommend going to this place when the old lady is around.
Sorry delicious garden, just got a special chowmein, whole lot of noodles, no veg, and a little bit of meat, not very tasty and nothing special. I normally go to magic wok, but they're close on a Wednesday. In comparison MW, chowmein is way better. Maybe DG should order a chowmein from there and taste what I'm talking about. Lots of room for improvement. I don't think I'll be returning.
