Helpful and professional staff, great service
Dispensed the wrong medicine over the weekend - had to call up to notify them as I'd consider this to be fairly negligent. Following this incident, I was told a few days later that the outstanding medication would be delivered to the home address today. Waited till 7pm and followed it up and again the gentleman was very abrupt. He seemed to suggest I'd misheard that the medication would be delivered and that it was 'ready to collect', rather than admitting it was an error on their part, much like the wrong medication being given. Went to collect and the person who gave me the medication kept rolling his eyes at me - very rude service given.
I asked the man how many times a day I need to take the medicine, he rudely told me to read the instructions. I was the only person in there, wouldn't have taken him 2 seconds to provide half decent customer service. Won't be returning here for anything! He seemed upset that I had a medical exception card too. Rude! Need to be sent on a course to learn the C of customer service.

These guys are awesome, brilliant service. Gave me some practical advice about lifestyle changes changes that can help improve my brothers condition. Really impressed with the level of service and personal care. Keep up the good work. Will be my go to chemist from now on
