My wife and I were called for a Covid booster and wanted to have it done with the least fuss. We looked at the previous places where we had been jabbed, but they were all busy. I had used Day and Night pharmacy in Lye High Street for a prescription and found the service more than satisfactory.
We turned up a few minutes early so my wife was able to receive help with buying a medical supplement. The pharmacist preferred not to sell an unsuitable, weaker product and had nothing stronger in stock. We thought this very ethical.
The waiting area was comfortable and spacious enough. We called separately into a small office and our details were efficiently confirmed. I am not good with injections, but Naila administered mine almost without me noticing. I will certainly go there again, the staff seem pleasant and helpful. There is adequate public parking just off the Lye ring-road, behind the shops.
Went at 10pm as it was the only pharmacy open. No sign to say to go to small window to change prescription so had to ring Store to ask if they were still open. Pharmacist came to window to take emergency prescription. I had to wait on Lye High Street on my own waiting for prescription. I can understand why this is the procedure at night for their security however, as a female on her own I did feel a little uneasy waiting on the street at night and I wouldn't choose to go their again in this situation if alone.
Great customer service from all the pharmacy team over several years. Always received good listening, professional care and sound advice at this very accessible pharmacy. Today, Malkit went out of his way to explain that, even though I always pay for my own prescriptions, how to save costs via an NHS certificate due to the amount and type of my personal medication - and then he took time to direct me to the online site to buy the certificate. Many thanks and much appreciated.
It's 10.06pm and needed medicine for my daughter now look at this the pharmacy is closed even before the closing time. Disgraceful
Having a complex array of prescriptions each month the care and attention provided by all Day Night staff to organise and deliver my medications is invaluable and greatly appreciated, I recommend this pharmacy to anyone who needs a friendly, professional and efficient service.
