Excellent pharmacy. Helpful every time.
Unusual for them to not have products/meds you require. If not available they can order for the following day, & always give you the option of trying elsewhere, unlike some that will keep your prescription & make you wait! I can't believe that in today's world, anybody would complain about waiting in queue! It's just a fact of life. The responsibility the staff undertake is enormous, they must be be fast, efficient, but above all accurate! They achieve all this, under substantial pressure, & with a smile too! People underestimate the workload & worth of a good pharmacist & staff, its continual pressure for total accuracy. Their knowledge is comprehensive & is often as valuable as Doctors'. They work so hard, one never sees a member of staff standing still! I often take them a little gift of cake or biscuits to show my appreciation. It's the BEST by far. 5 star service. An asset to this community! Thanks Day/Night!
Absolutely fist class pharmacy. After ringing around numerous pharmacies DayNight were the only ones who had my medication in stock, were so helpful as my prescription had to be done with a bar code from Lloyds direct online as they had run out of stock. One relieved and thankful customer. Thank you DayNight.

Just been to another chemist to get my wife a knee support. And they were less than helpful. Gone into This chemist and Megan couldn’t have done more to help. It’s raining but insisted on coming out with a few different supports to the car to my wife to see which would be best for her. Thank you so much for the care. 10 out of 10
Service is usually good but it doesn’t stay open as late as it used to. The websites all say until 22.00 on weekdays but there is a notice on the door saying 19.00.
I was told today that they had to order an item from my prescription and that it would arrive this afternoon. I called st 3.30 but it hadn’t arrived. I was told they would phone me when it did arrive but it might be after 6. I received no call so looked on the internet which said it was open until 10pm. I arrived there at 7.01pm. The door was locked, they put the lights out and closed up. Very disappointing
11am on a Sunday means 11am on a Sunday, when you are sitting outside after 11am and the shutters are still down.. sort it out..
Night and Day Pharmacy is brilliant. At least when you ring them, you get an answer, not like a certain other, but now closed Pharmacy in Burntwood.
The staff are really pleasant, and will go out of their way to help.
I had a blood pressure check last week, and it was high, if it wasn't for this, I would never have known.
I am now getting medication for this problem.
