Yet again I have been let down with delivery of my medication. They have had my prescription for over a week and now I have run out of one of my diabetic tablets.
Apparently the excuse is that they haven't had a driver and they would deliver today. Just rang them and it is still there - could I go snd collect it! As I explained I find it difficult walking which is why I have it delivered. I despair, does no one care about customer service any more?

My paracetamol is supposed to be put in bottles as I can’t get them out of the foil. Dr Modi requested it years ago as have bad arthritis in my hands. No idea why it got removed from my repeat prescription
They are always getting the prescription wrong and don't even attempt to call them. No one answers

The internet shows opening and closing time. There is a sign on the door that shows there opening and closing times. I called there last night at 8pm but everything was locked up even though the internet and the sign on the door said they were open till 9pm. I made a 16 mile trip (due to road closures) to get there. Not pleased at all!
