I am their customer since they opened and never ever had any issue with this Pharmacy. Staff is friendly and helpful. Waiting time is very minimum. Also I get my medication ordered and blister packed which make it very very easy. 10 out 10 for this Pharmacy. Keep up the good work.
I want here as I was told they were open till midnight by NHS 111 for an emergency prescription for my mum. Only to find they close at 9pm. They need to change the name as it's very misleading t0 the point of dangerous.

I've stopped using day/night as the service has drastically change from my first review.
Out of the past 14 deliveries, 7 times my controlled medication wasn't delivered in time or went missing for up to 2 weeks. Each time this caused me to go through opiate withdrawal. The final straw was my last delivery when 28 morphine tablets were missing from my delivery ! This used to be a fantastic pharmacy, I don't know what has gone so wrong.

I've been using this pharmacy for a few year and my ever changing prescription is always delivered on time and beside Covid-19 making getting some drugs challenging it's normally complete. The staff are very friendly both on the telephone or in person on the odd time I go there, I'm always greeted by name & wif a smile. Fantastic service.
I have used Day Night Pharmacy from day one, and they were accommodating from then just as they are now highly recommended as the staff are excellent and answer all of your questions honestly.update 22nd April 2022, not all the staff are that friendly, and the answers to questions regarding prescriptions are ridiculous things have changed within the last four months. Coincidentally, I have started using the chemist to put in my script and deliver my medication for the previous 12 months. so ill see how things go for the next few months. If there is no improvement, ill look at another Chemist. Perhaps I need to raise my voice of talk some stupidity seems as that is what I received from some of the newer staff. I
Absolutely fantastic service every single time. Every member of this wonderful Pharmacy have always gone above and beyond to help me out with all of my prescription queries. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a fast, efficient and friendly pharmacy locally.
What sort of company cannot be botheted to update either the nhs or their own website on opening times. I made a journey to you at 11pm 20/06/2020 as i needed medication urgently after being told and reading online you open untill midnight , only to get there and your shutters down and cleaning staff in whom inform me that you changed you opening times and days about 2 months ago. So as you can guess when i spoke again to the nhs the following morning they were as surprised as me . So from me you dont even deserve 1 star , and feel that the industry you are in leaves your actions dispicable and very very unproffesional , you will not see my buisness at any point in the future and hope you can realise the importance to provide the correct information
Incorrect opening hours left on the website and not updated during the Covid-19 time changes. We rushed out to get there before midnight as instructed by the nurses to collect a prescribed pain/sedation medication as an emergency for a terminally I'll cancer patient who was writhing in agony during his final days. The pharmacy claims it is open until midnight and this was the information passed on to us by the Macmillan nurses. To our utter dispair, we found it had closed at 9pm. A very sick man now has to suffer through an excruciatingly long night until later in the morning.
Just recently started coming here, no issue & always have my prescription drug in stock
