Authentic Malabar food and excellent service. This place has been consistently serving fresh food made with great care. We especially like that the curries do not have excess oil or masalas. Their madakku chapathi (folded chapathi), idiyappam +egg curry, fish molukittathu are some of the many dishes that deserves special mention. Samovar tea and the wide variety of snacks available in the evening are another delight. The place is clean, and the folks there are warm and friendly and always willing to go the extra mile .
Small kerala restaurant, taste of malabar. I ate chicken biriyani, pepper chicken, porotra etc from this restaurant, taste is good. Try special items in this restaurant, it feels good in taste.In the evening lot of varities of evening snacks like pazham pori, ullivada, parippu vada, irachi pattiri, unnakayi, vettu cake etc. is available in this restaurant with tasty milk tea is available.

I had take breakfast one day with my friend, I ordered Chapati & egg curry, my friend ordered poori . Chapati not meeting the quality ( not able to understand whether it is chapati or parotta)- taste also not good. Poori's case also same not tastes good.
But the egg curry was good.
After 4 days my roommate ordered the chapati & egg curry - Chapati case the same. But at that time the egg curry was having some issues - Egg put on some another non's gravy (likely to be chicken gravy).
I had several same experience with most of the hotels at the mangaf area (like filfill, Chettayees, keerthi etc) . If they don't have the egg curry why they are accepting the orders, they can simply tell there is no egg curry. This is a case of cheating the customers.
My humble request is to the hotel managements is to take proactive actions on this type of issues, otherwise the customers will be decreases from day to day.
Ambiance is good, customer support is excellent. Good staffs, neat & clean tables .
