Davisons Law were appointed for the conveyancing of a property we sold in Stratford-upon-Avon, as part of my late aunt's estate. Susan Lant was our point of contact. She was excellent. Attentive , proactive, friendly and helpful throughout the process she was like a friend as well as a professional solicitor . I was new to the role of Executor and had to deal with an experienced and pushy buyer and a dreadful estate agent. She helped me navigate through this and gave me advice whenever I called her. In fact, her advice was instrumental in us achieving the original asking price which had been pushed down by our buyer, for which I am extremely grateful. Really recommend Davisons and Susan.

We had a very interesting house sale, which dragged on with a lot of frustration, but throughout the process Hadiya from Davisons kept us fully informed. She always acted in our best interest and was able to provide valuable advice and direction.
During the last week, she was in constant communication with us and our Estate Agent, and was constantly pushing the buyer's solicitor to get the exchange / completion done, and along with Justine they managed to complete only a day later than anticipated.
Their fees were reasonable, fixed and we only paid after completion. Given the bad reputation some solicitors have for over charging and under delivering, we felt that Davisons gave us value for money all the way through the process.
Such a great service and would not hesitate to recommend them for property conveyancing.
