Great bakery the best crusty rolls, tin loaves, soft rolls an not to forget the very tasty cheesecake and butterscotch tart. Great prices too I always use this bakery.
Bought cupcakes for my daughter's birthday twenty assorted types that were wonderful as well as three sandwiches made to order that were lovely too. Family run business that is friendly, helpful and make wonderful food to enjoy, will be using the bakery again when I am in town again.
Very polite & friendly, I got a selection of 6 treats for £10. Good price and the bakes are delicious. Best bakery I've been to in Newark so far.

Lovely staff, beautiful cakes and they made me the tastiest and fullest chicken tikka salad I've ever had, the BBQ chicken which my husband chose was really full and tasty. Absolutely brilliant. They also sold my little boy a caramel cake in a jar which he said was delicious. We'll definitely visit here again next time we are in Newark.
Amazing baked goods. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. And the owner Richard will go the extra mile if you want a custom bake. I can’t recommend Davison’s highly enough!
Great range of tasty sandwiches, wraps, pastries and cakes. My fave is a breakfast wrap made fresh with brown sauce, bacon, sausages, mushrooms, hash brown and egg.
They do a range of brownies and cake, and sell cake in a jar with a spoon or fork, so perfect for grabbing then eating in the park nearby. Good coffee too!
If you're trying to be good and lose weight, don't go to Davisons Bakery. It's almost impossible to visit and leave without one of their delicious cakes or treats. They do make excellent cobs too and the staff are all very friendly.
