On holiday in the area and thought we'd developed a trip ending car issue. Mechanic in the shop looked at the car as soon as we arrived and diagnosed and treated the issue within a few minutes. Excellent service and very friendly would recommend ????
Phoned up for an MOT and I was able to book in for the same day. Failed on rod track ends and was given a reasonable price for repair. Really handy that the garage has a shop attached as I was able to pick my car up at 7pm after I finished work. I called regularly for updates and everyone I spoke to was helpful. Called in to ask if they’d have time to take a look at my car before I drive home after work, as it was making an awful sound & the attitude I received from the woman was appalling. Very patronising. Won’t catch me giving them money or recommending them. Will happily go somewhere else.
My wife & I had traveled down to Buckfast from Cheshire over the Coronation Bank Holiday weekend.However my car's alternator had failed during the Journey. Having been recovered to Buckfast, I contacted your garage first thing on the Tuesday morning. Was so pleased that you took the car in that morning. You ordered a new alternator that afternoon. Fitted it Wednesday morning for our trouble free journey home that afternoon.

swung by as my wheel bearing was sounding noisy ( had just got a boat and trailer not my bad maintenance ) asked if they could put some grease in for me they said yes then a youngish lad attempted to put two pumps in whish looked like it didn't work .could tell he wasn't that bothered charged me £3 which i think is a lot but time is money etc but when i got home removed wheel hub no grease in it at all ! wouldn't have minded paying £20 if he had done it right .feel very ripped off they were just standing around when i asked them not like i dragged them of some intense job
The team here were so helpful. Paula and Jason were both very good. We had a blowout tyre on the A38 near this garage. I didn't want to wait for the breakdown company so gave these a call. Paula was very understanding and wanted to help us tourists back on our way, Jason came out to us straight away on the A38. He gave us a lift back to garage and advised us to enjoy a stroll around Buckfastleigh, and promised us that our Mercedes would be ready to go in 90 mins. True to their word we returned from a Buckfastleigh stroll and the car was ready to go. A good price too for the tyres and helping us out. Fab garage, cannot recommend enough. Super and thank you. ????
