Theifs, teeth was broken which we already knew about, came in was told its broken and we can not see you as there is not enough time, why book me in if there is not enough time and then ask me to book another appointment and pay £28.60 now ????, first impressions are you having a laugh, said what needed to say not the receptionists fault. Its a quick money making scam. Keep away
Referred by 111 for emergency care, large abscess. Got a call back from receptionist to make an appt, very friendly and efficient. Attended appt, again friendly and efficient reception staff. Dentist was professional and welcoming, made me feel at ease. Course of anti biotics and follow up appt made. The practice was able to register me as an NHS patient which was a major bonus. Thank you, feel relieved that I can have on going care.
As a doctor with a clinic, I'd describe a standout dental visit as having a super organized front desk and a dentist who really takes the time to explain the treatment and does a fantastic job.
Phoned 111 as an emergency after some of my tooth cracked and fell out.
Phoned at 9:30 and got in at 12:00. The receptionists where brilliant and so was the dentist. Treated me with respect and clear direction.
The wife was booked in here for an emergency. Dr Merhan Hashmi and the nurse working with him (Unfortunately I didn’t get her name) were beyond profesional. They extracted the tooth with such care and patience. Two amazing professionals.
Pathetic service all round wait 6 months for a check up then cancel with a few hours to go. Then wait another 6 weeks? Needed to see a dentist but no suitable appointments available pathetic
Had an emergency appointment, got seen 2 hours after calling the nhs number, appointment was pretty much on time and all went smoothly, very efficient. Was a bit anxious after seeing the star rating online but it was absolutely fine, all very normal!
Quality of service is not good as it was before covid. They gave you appointment for 3 to 5 weeks and then at least for once they will cancel it and then again 3 to 5 weeks for same appointment. Overcrowded with patients and much of their dentists are newly graduated so not experienced enough.
