Best KPortal Reviews
They have a passion for providing customers with a great experience. Perfect place to do work, enjoy tasty bites, and sip on a cup. They make their own dishes, locally source their buns, and hand select their brews / teas. So glad to have this place in the neighborhood. Also, apparently getting a new menu with more vegetarian + gluten free options and additional specialized kitchen equipment in June. The staff are so knowledgeable about their products, and are so kind!! Favorite spot in Cambridge.
We have picked the cafe for meeting with our friend. It is a nice cafe with enough space to sit comfortable and to chat with your friend. The girl who served the tea showed us the methods of tea preparing. She is very kind to tell us more knowledge related with tea. Their tea units look very cool and funny, those made us laughing. We have a wonderful time there. We also ordered some lunch food afterwards. I love the beef with rice dish. Tasted so delicious. It's a good place to spend time with your friends or your family. It is also a good place to rest yourself to enjoy the day. Another good point is it is easy to find a free parking on the street.
Great variety of teas, cosy place for stay with the family. There is a children place where the kids can play. Expensive for a coffee or tea, more than 4 pounds per person. The staff is kind and supportive.
Small but cosy and lovely local tea/cafe shop. Their coffee is amazing, they know how to make the proper espresso macchiato and it’s my favourite. The selection of teas are brilliant too, all of them have great flavours and generous portions too, cakes are delicious too.
A great place to have some tea/coffee. They also have a playing area for children. Service is a bit slow but when you are served is definitely worth it. I love their teas and they have one of the best hot chocolates.
A PLACE FOR TEA BUT NOTHING ELSE.
A good cafe to spend time drinking warm tea while using a pretty tea pot.
Since it's a local cafe, I've always been curious about it, but I'm actually very disappointed.
Looking at the menu, there are several foods to order. All the food I ordered was very dry, and I was very worried about whether it was okay to eat it in relation to food safety policies. While claiming to use an air fryer, nothing came out crispy, and it all came in an unappeitizing grey colour. In particular, the chicken even smelled strange, and the takoyaki was a lump of dough.
As someone who has used an air fryer, I don't understand how it got cooked like this.
Even the pork donburi was hard to chew and swallow.
The donburi needs sauce, and unlike the menu picture, there are no eggs. Until now, i have never had a hard time eating rice, but this was a challenge.
They sell snacks at a ridiculous price. £3.75 for a pack of crisps??
My suggestion, stick to selling lovely drinks. Steer well clear of food.... for everyones benefit.
Very nice, super cosy and local cafe. The teas are really good, traditional Chinese. This was really needed in the area.
So chilled out atmosphere excellent customer service and the food is banging I would recommend the spicy pork dao and jasmine tea
