Salt and pepper chicken was dry no chillies
Chips were very small looked like a bag of scraps , sweet and sour chicken was overcooked seemed like it had been cooked twice, spring roll was full of cabbage cheap substitute , overall a poor experience

Excellent Chinese, after recently moving to Axminster and discovering the takeaways in Axminster are not very good and extremely overpriced we decided to travel to Chard and they are so much better, Danny’s garden is the best Chinese we’ve discovered so far.
Great food, quick service and well priced.
Huge portions and one of the best Chinese to date. Bonus is fish n chips so can cater for whole family Inc kids.
My first visit, challenging parking but I am used to that, very generous portions, I am a big eater. Tasty sweet and sour chicken Hong Kong style above average chicken chow mein, not oily and a satisfying meal for £12. Cash only like most of (Chard).
Food has gone down hill in here over the last few years but tonight was the last time i will have chinese, beef in the curry was rough, tough and tasteless. Most of it ended in the bin
Great chips but I ordered a jumbo sausage too!
Got the the carnival to find out that I just had chips.
They didn't forget to charge me for the sausage mind.
Lovely Chinese takeaway. I was a bit dubious about the colour of the curry sauce as our usual Chinese takeaway is normally a lot darker. However, after ingesting a small amount I found that it was a better flavour than my northern takeout. The plate was soon clean and the drive was definitely worth it. The missus never wasted anytime knocking hers down either. Will eat from here again on our next trip down south.
Love the chips here, there never too fatty and cooked just right. The Chinese takeaway side is lovely, they aren't to oily, the noddles are egg. The service is friendly and the food is lovely.
