Needed advice on how to use a diabetic app in the absence of the hospital providing any information on discharge. Julie and Robyn were absolutely exceptional in trying to help me and my brother, they both tried for nearly an hour to sort the problem out and they did just that. I can't thank them both enough for being so genuinely helpful. A fantastic Chemist who genuinely put patients first, thank you all so much!
Just had a not very good experience at danebridge pharmacy. I went to the pharmacy at 08.45pm on Tuesday the 20th February (2024). I checked the closing time which was 9.00pm, before I left home.
I went into the pharmacy for a prescription and was met by a rude assistant who told me it was a bit late, as they sometimes close early if they are busy ! And next time I should come earlier !
The assistant then begrudgingly found my prescriptions and I left.
I felt like I was a nuisance to these people. I certainly do not expect to be treated like this !
I will be complaining in the strongest terms to the owners S Z ENTERPRISE LTD.

After 3 pharmacies in the area not having stock of the antibiotics my daughter needed I was very grateful to the very helpful young man that assisted me in here yesterday. I’m afraid I didn’t get his name but the young bearded man that served me had exceptional customer service and was able to calm me and put me at ease, sorted my daughters medication and my nerves all with a smile :) I will definitely be making this pharmacy my first port of call for all medical needs :) fantastic service :)
My general experience of this pharmacy is that the staff can be rude, abrupt and extremely unhelpful. I would use somewhere else if possible. Also, reading other reviews it’s clear the only ones the pharmacy comment on or respond to are the positive ones, and negative ones seem to be ignored - tells you a lot.

We travel from one side of Northwich to the other in order to use this pharmacy as the service is 2nd to none.
In our opinion, the pharmacist is always helpful, friendly, welcoming and very knowledgeable.
The staff are always helpful, and when they understand any issues, they do their best.
