While on holiday I had an issue with my VW van, as I suspected it needed an injector. Despite being busy, he managed to find me an injector, could only get the 1 at short notice, and had it fixed within a couple of days. Thank You
Had a puncher Sunday was recommended this garage so nine o'clock Monday morning asked if they could fix it told to come back in half hour which I did was just finishing put the wheel back on my car ready for six hour drive home very resenoble price thank you for your help

On a recent trip to the Dales I had problem with my folding hardtop roof. Stuck in a public carpark with the roof neither up nor down, and needing to travel 4 hours home the next day. Having done some digging myself I knew this would not be a simple fix, and would need investigating by BMW for a full solution. I spoke to the chap at Dales just before they closed, explained the problem, and he said he'd do his best that evening. Next morning, he had managed to get the roof sorted enough to let me drive home safely, and just charged a very reasonable amount for his labour. Really helpful, I wish I could have all my servicing and MOT testing done there, highly recommended.
Great service, thanks. After being recovered from a motorway breakdown on our way to Hawes on holiday, we phoned Dales Garage and they immediately took the car in, ordered the new part and fitted it so that my car was up and running again as soon as possible. Highly recommended.
