Has better. Had worse. Gave it a try. Portion sizes ok but it’s not the cheapest. Peking sauce just like a sweet and sour but absolutely filled with sliced onions and nothing else. Might try it once more to try something else but if no improvement there are plenty of others
Fried rice could have been loads better, was too stodgy. Prawn crackers are nice and crunchy and not like breadcumbs like other places. Chicken curry tasted like the chicken was cooked in soy sauce before adding to curry which didnt taste good. Aside from this, the portion sizes are good and I would order from here again.
Polite staff. Fast, efficient service and delivery. Food hot and tasty. Large portions. Will definitely b back.
Ordered teriyaki chicken. And tom yum chicken soup. Soup tastes like its from a packet mix and no idea what the main was but it was not teriyaki chicken. Wont be ordering again
If you are ever ordering chicken fried rice and curry get it separate as they have maybe a table spoon of curry on the top which is not enough for the size of tub you get pretty shocked to be honest
Menu is varied. Maybe too much choice. Food was good. They do seaweed which I have always loved but none of the other Dumfries takeaway do it so that's a bonus.
Some dishes are good others are quite bad. Good special curry, Mongolian pork and the salt and chilli chips are amazing. Normal chips however are rank.
Pretty promt delivery. The food was still really hot and it was bloody tasty too. Personally, I didn't think the prices were too bad either
