Used an ITISON voucher at the restaurant. Although the restaurant had good ambience and friendly staff, I ended up not being very happy with the overall experience. I had to pay the £4.50 surcharge as both the Manicotti Gamberoni e Cappessante £11.95 and the Risotto all’ Albese £15.95 were ordered. First of all, there were only 5 prawns in the Risotto, so paid 0.90 each for them as the rest of the dish was the rice and what looked like one asparagus spear chopped up in it. I had the Manicotti nd 3 hours later, I was running to the toilet!!!!! and I mean running!! I don't rate it as value for money. When Imentioned abouth the lack of Prawn, the only comment I got was "I'll let the chef know". Nothing else. We won't be going back.
Really like this place. Never busy which is a shame, because the lasagna and the goats cheese and pear fagottinis are superb. Well worth a visit if you are in the area.
Really nice food
What a pity this hidden gem isn't busier. Food was very good and service prompt. Surroundings quite subdued with subtle Italian music. Prices not cheap.
Very nice lunch in a relaxed atmosphere with very good gluten free options. Our second visit here and we will return again to this little taste of Italy!

As a occasional visitor to this resturant I can highly recommend this as truly authentic Italian eatery.
