Worst recovery company I’ve dealt with. Claimed they couldn’t find the car but was 4 miles from their depot and on a main road with a postcode and a “whathreewords” given. Avoid if possible.
Kevin is a very nice man and really went the full nine yards for me this morning. Coming out to get me from 6 miles away at 6.30 in the morning after a blowout and getting my car fixed on the same day. Prices were very reasonable and quality, personal service. Would highly recommend
D S West Motors from Buxton came to rescue my van on a cold Saturday night when I got stuck on an extremely bad and dangerous dirt road (which shouldn't have featured as a road at all on Google Maps). It was so bad that they themselves could hardly navigate through and reach me, but they came and helped me nevertheless.
Great service rang up seen within 2 hours and problem fixed
D S West have supposed professional drivers that like to pull in front of cars on busy junctions and try to cause accidents! 10/10 for observation

It's not always easy dealing with a vehicle that's been seized by the police. But the lady at D S West Recovery was quite simply amazing. I didn't get her name but in all the Recovery's I have dealt with she was the most helpful. Thank you for all your help.
