This is an outstanding practice in every aspect. Very clean and open spaces. Reception are very friendly and helpful and will always help even when it's over the phone and they remember you, that is an amazing quality. My dentist Ram is phenomenal! Very professional and cares about the treatment he is providing, he explains things well and will break things down to help if you struggle to understand. Every step of appointments he explains what's happening next. His management of nervousness is brilliant with breathing techniques and talking, breaking part of the treatment into smaller bursts if needed. The dental nurses are also brilliant, helpful and calming they will always be involved with treatment and conversations and are quick to hand help. I had a fear of the dentist for many years and Cyfartha Dental have been amazing with Ram being my first dentist, through building great rapport with everyone and going at a gentle pace I can now 100% walk into an appointment at ease and know what to expect. Fantastic work.
A dental visit with Ram and his dental nurse today. Absolutely superb. You can never say it’s pleasant to visit a dentist, but at Cyfarthfa dental practice the team make it so easy and really take the fear out of the experience. . Also lovely to meet Denni the receptionist who also has excellent customer care skills. Thanks everyone.

I cannot speak highly enough of Cyfarthfa Dental Care. As an extremely nervous patient, a dental appointment is always a bit of an ordeal for both me and whichever poor soul ends up having to treat me.
Yesterday I had 2 white fillings done (one new filling and one to replace an existing one that had cracked) and Dr Mathias and his assistant (I believe her name was Kayleigh, but I’m so sorry if I’ve got that wrong) took excellent care of me throughout the hour long appointment. Both were extremely kind, patient and marvellous at their jobs, always checking in with me, explaining everything that they were doing as they went.
While I had been absolutely dreading this appointment for weeks, they ensured it was the most comfortable procedure I’ve had at any previous dentist appointment at my old practice.
An extra shout out to the receptionist who had to put up with a drugged up & dribbling me trying to pay and completely blanking on my PIN number ???? (Sorry about that)

I have, flat out, the kindest dentist I have ever had. My kids are registered with a different dentist here too, and he seems super caring too. Absolutely recommend
Highly recommended. Everyone at the Practice is lovely. So kind and helpful. Madeleine my Dentist is excellent as was Carolyn the Dental Nurse when I had treatment recently. The other Dental nurses there are also excellent. Madeleine's treatment of me went above and beyond to provide me with the best Dental treatment possible for my bridgework whilst having difficulties due to pre existing breathing problems. I'm extremely grateful to her. Thank you so much everyone.
Everything and everyone in the practice make a visit to this dentist as relaxed as possible. Maddy explained the treatment I would need on the first appointment and everything went really well. A visit to the dentist will never be any one’s favourite pastime but Cyfartha Dental Practice may be as good as it gets!
Amazing practice, staff friendly, kind and caring. Paul carried out my dental implants - I was really worried- but had sedation and didn’t feel or remember a thing! Kept me informed at every stage. Kelson is also brilliant, very calm and reassuring- especially to someone as nervous as me. Highly recommend to anyone especially if you’re nervous.
