These lovely people have always been super helpful with me, totally non-judgmental and supportive of my journey to good oral health. Only issues I have ever had are with parking which is just because of their location. I highly recommend these guys for anyone who had anxiety or depression related issues with their oral hygiene. They are so kind and knowledgeable
Cwmbran Dental Spa is a welcoming and clean environment. The staff are always polite, professional and clearly explain procedures, treatment options and advice. I trust the staff with my dental health and would not go anywhere else for dental checks/treatment. I have had excellent dental check-ups, scale & polish treatments and an Invisalign open day explaining options to improve my teeth in ways that are safe, to an excellent standard and achievable with the knowledgeable staff's support, skills and technology. I highly recommend Cwmbran Dental Spa to all.
I was really impressed by the level of care and kindness shown to my son at his recent appointment. The whole team worked so efficiently to make the appointment go smoothly, resulting in my son being relaxed throughout the procedure. The patient experience had clearly been considered, which was obvious from the excellent care, to being discrete with some of the tools and equipment to avoid causing unnecessary distress. Thank you to Alix and the team for both your skill and kindness, which reassured me as a parent that my child was in safe and caring hands.
i have always loved coming to Cwmbran Dental Spa and actually really understand how privileged I am to have a place here. Reception is always so lovely and welcoming and the new addition sofas are really cool. Always greeted with a great smile by the front of house team and the online forms process for someone who struggles with neurodiversity is a great help as it means i can have someone to help me without the embarrassment of trying to fill out paper forms. The highlight for this visit has to be the fact that i am now back under Dr Sharlene Parmar-Anwar who i was with originally and was gutted when i had to change due to work patterns but now as i am self-employed i can be a lot more flexible. The team are amazing and it actually takes a massive recommendation when someone says they enjoy going to the dentist even if it normally means I am getting told off for drinking to many sugary drinks. I have been with the practice for many years now and I can honestly say that on every appointment I have been warmly greeted and my care has always been excellent. Any treatments I have needed have always been explained clearly and options given. This is a very relaxed and friendly practice and I highly recommend them
I have always been so scared of the dentist resulting in panic attacks. Today she was very friendly n made me feel at ease. I had a tooth extracted and can honestly say that it was the best dental experience I've ever had. Thanks so much.
I had an emergency appointment here and they really looked after me. They had to do an extraction and it was dealt with very quickly and efficiently. The staff were very kind and friendly and i felt very comforted at a stressful time
Dr Hannah Crowe is a fabulous dentist who is very kind and professional. She put me right at ease and helped explain eveything to me. She helped fix a chip in my tooth which had been bothering me. It was completely painless and her attention to detail was unparellelled. I am so happy with my new smile.
