Had our car in for some front end work. The work was absolutely amazing! Better than I expected it to be, friendly staff and great communication.
Had my front bumper hit by another driver leaving deep marks across the side and digging quite deep into the bumper, luckily the lads at custom was quick to help me, they got the car in and out in a couple days, was brilliant customer service by Jesse, and cannot fault the painter and prep work done. Car looks spot on would recommend to anyone needing any repair work!
If there was less than 1 star I would have given less than 1 start or even –10.
Horrible experience with this business full of lies and disrespectful costumer service.
My car was arranged via Easidrive to be repaired by this business, custom paint work Derby branch.
1- the car was arrange to be picked up Monday 26th June 2023.
By 16:30 same day I called them to hear that their break down recovery truck has broken down.
Eventually the car was picked up on the 29th June 3 days later after several calls.
The recovery truck driver told me that this was never been arranged with him and his recovery truck was fine his only been told the morning of the 29th of June.
2- they estimated the work to be completed by end of first week July.
End of the week I called them, ohh sorry the lexus has sent the correct boxes but wrong parts, we have reordered the correct parts and will definitely be done by end of second week July.
3- end of second week July, called them again, ohh we couldn't finish the job we need a couple more days, end of 3 week called them, aggressive person on the other site told me not to call them any more and that they will call me when its done.
4- called Easidrive the arranger and explained the situation and they called them and been told that the lexus sent them the wrong parts in the correct boxes, this is week End of July same story they told me first week of July.
They promised Easidrive that the car will be delivered by the 30th July 100% guaranteed this is the last day before our summer break for 3 weeks.
5- Emailed Easidrive Sunday 6th August just to find out , they replied Monday 7th August still not done and they were told that they will deliver the car Tuesday 8th August.
“ The garage have advised that your vehicle will be delivered back to your home address tomorrow at the latest. They have advised that there was a delay with the wheel and this issue has now been resolved”
Today is the 9th August still waiting for the car to be delivered.
This is supper annoying and this is my first experience ever to be waiting 5 weeks for a minor repair. 5 diffident estimated day and each day I had to take time off work to make sure I am home for the car, apart from the last one.
Really very impressed. Out of all the quotes i got this was almost the cheapest yet the service fixing the deep scratch and the messed up diamond cut alloy was brand new. Highly recommended.
Had damage on the rear door and sill repaired and looks like new. Can’t tell there has been any work done. Great customer service from Leon, would highly recommend.
Had my bumper re-painted on my 5 series BMW. Custom Pantworx was recommended to me as I'm really fussy. They didn't disappoint! Great bunch of staff and kept me informed of the progress.
Lovely finish and paint match and totally stripped the bumper for a first class job. Well done!
Got front bumper resprayed on my s3 earlier in the year and was very happy with the experience, Jesse got me booked in quickly and within a matter of days was all done to a top quality , can’t fault any part of the process , only be using these guys from now on !
