First time using this garage as I was late booking my MOT. Got me in no problem. Very helpful put me at ease that I it failed they would be able to do the work for me the same day. Also very convenient as I work in hoylake and is only a 10 min walk to work for me.

Would not recommend as I was sold a faulty car and when I reached out to the company, their excuse was "fell outside the warranty" . In addition the warranty plan that I was told I was on (silver) was not correct, it was the bronze plan.
I still have not received the full puncture kit that I was told I would be getting, after countless call, no action was taken.
Disappointed on the whole with the vehicle I bought and customer service. Bought a car almost a year to the day which ran okay until August 2022. After setting me back £1000 to have it fixed, it ran okay again until last week when it failed its MOT miserably, costing me a further £700. Contacted the seller and I appreciated his offer for a free MOT the following year, however I was unsure if it would make it another year. I mentioned how the car has cost me an incredible amount of money in twelve months and caused me a lot of stress. I am yet to receive a reply.
Perhaps I am 'unlucky', but I would not use again or recommend. The car being one thing, but the lack of response/customer care has really disappointed me.
Bought a vauxhall corsa from this garage , all seemed very nice and honest , baring inmind the price had been changed so we ended up paying more than we was told but i gave them the benefit of the doubt , 7 weeks on , the clutch has gone on the car and the repairs they said they will repair haven't been done , dropped the car off a week ago and its been sat there with no repairs having been done even though we was told the work would be getting done at another garage to then find out the car hasn't even gone to another garage and is still sat in the car park , laughable really. Lies after lies and i am so annoyed i even gave them a chance. I will never use this garage again. £4000 they've had and they dont care after that. Fumin beyond belief.
Very honest and lovely people!!! When going to view the car the first thing they checked was if I heard the weird noise and explained what it was and that it would be fixed. They cut an extra key and also delivered it over the water. Found an issue with the child lock and so they picked the car up, fixed it and returned it very quickly!!!! No complaints whatsoever:) thank you
Fantastic service from John what an amazing genuine guy . Bought two cars from here and had amazing service on both occasions , Always there to help I would highly recommend this garage . Customer service is of a high standard always able to accommodate times and days for me as I don't live close by , Recently had my brake pads done and yet again got fantastic high quality service didn't have to wait long for them to be done . Must mention Albert also who is a lovely guy who I have had good customer service from also , Keep up the good work guys xx
I recently purchased a little used automatic car from Curzon Motor. It was a wonderful experience - from the test drive to purchase everything was so smooth and easy to complete. I found their customer experience to be top notch. They put their customers first. They even allowed my dad's mechanic to look over the car before I purchased it (and he was impressed by the team there too). The car was in great shape for a 14 year old car, the one thing my dad's mechanic found Curzon fixed right away. Prices for cars are competitive based on looking on autotrader and comparing other websites. The team even managed to get the car ready for collection on Christmas eve.

I never write bad reviews but I feel I had to write this one after months of frustration and running out of patience with these people.
Bought a Ford Fiesta about a year ago. After driving it 50 miles the engine fault light came on and it was a constant hassle to try and resolve this after I was told by the garage it wasn't a fault. Excuse after excuse. John made himself unavailable whenever I called. The external temperature sensor was also faulty and I was told not a problem to fix. After several months of waiting for a reply I had to give up and go elsewhere to fix it at my own expense. Would not recommend.
