Staff were excellent but £2.40 for a small Eccles cake and a small truffle is too much
Visited this morning, no stock and a really rude staff member. The Internet wasn't working so my transaction was cancelled due to wanting to use my phone to pay. No signs warning that this payment method couldn't be taken though. No wonder these type of businesses struggle so much to stay afloat. One star but wish I could have awarded none. Curtis seriously look at training your staff in customer service because they are clueless. Left the shop without my order feeling like I'd done something wrong when actually the staff have no interpersonal skills.
We stopped off at the Curtis just outside Boultham Park for a cappuccino. It was a reasonably priced drink in a nice little area of the shop. Ideal for light refreshments
Love Curtis, fresh sandwiches and cake, sausage and bacon roll to die for
£3 for a ham and cheese roll with stale bread, only one person serving with loads waiting. Think they just pluck prices out of the air
This store never had anything ready hot food is a myth I don't know how it's still running woth no stock the staff are useless
Lovely girl on the front till, told me about all the stuff they had and was very polite and sweet, Sausage roll was pretty decent aswell
I like the place. Simple, tasty and affordable
