I went for the fist time and brought some bread baps and the young girl was very nice and could not do enough for you. They also got a good selection of cakes . I definitely recommend. I think some of the bad reports is a family of friends trying to give this bakery a bad name . But don’t just take my word, go yourself and you will see .
I Know times are tight but I have never had such a mean ham salad sandwich, 90% iceberg lettuce, 5% tomato and 3% what looked like edible paper with a photo of ham printed on it, I glad I did not chat to the miserable lady serving after seeing all the previous reviews.

The bakery has amazing cakes, amazing bread, highly recommend. BUT....There’s one staff member, a woman, she’s THE MOST miserable woman I’ve ever met working in any shop. Customer service is very poor, and her attitude puts us off going in if we see her working there. When we’ve gone in, she’s dismissive, rude, sarcastic, and just not nice to deal with. And that’s the feeling many have within the community. It’s a huge shame, cos the other lady that’s there sometimes is so kind. And the baked goods are so so nice and fresh!!
Customer service not great, had two different iced buns last twice, one delicious and the other the cream was on the turn almost cheese. Won't happen a third time
If I could give 0 stars I would. Horrible customer service and miserable lady behind the counter who was extremely rude and dismissive as soon as we walked through the door. Would not recommend at all. We were intending on buying a few items but after experiencing the disgusting attitude of the lady there we decided to leave. Certainly not how I would talk to paying customers.
If you want a microwaved delight and some attitude from the member of staff then this is the place to go- otherwise avoid like the plague. The miserable, old woman who was serving was extremely unpleasant and impolite. Don't waste your money, go somewhere else.
I carnt see why people leave negative feedback this shop along with 3 others are perfect for staff and produce.i for one highly reccomend this bakery I am a honest person who would give feedback truly.dont take my words about go see for yourself the bread last 6days how many people throw bread away after 3days coz it's gone hard.waste of money.the baps are so soft its unreal pies and cakes 2nd to none and I mean 2nd to none...go see for yourself people's then let me know...bb
Would definitely NOT recommend going here. I’ve never experienced customer service like it. Rude, dismissive and snappy to the only paying customers in the shop????
