Went up on Saturday evening at 7pm for suppers. Got a fish supper and a sausage supper, both had obviously been sitting for a while as the batter was soggy on the fish and tough on the sausage. Chips were ok but not the best. Lacking on the salt and vinegar as well. Doubt we will be back
Absolutely shocking. Horrible burnt chips with lots of blackspots. Small piece of fish. The chips seem recooked or just really overdone. The worst fish and chips I have had in a long time. Certainly won't be going back. Clearly changed hands from 1st pizza direct but haven't even bothered to remove all the old signage. The menu above the counter has items blacked out with tape. This gives a poor first impression and clearly the rubbish food produced matches the lack of attention to the building. Don't bother wasting your money. Go elsewhere.
Nice people who served us, however the batter on the fish was to thick and the fish wasn't very chunky. Chips were a bit dry but the mushy peas were nice, good flavour and consistency.
Not the worst fish & chips but, neither were they the best.
The batter was very different, compared to our local Manchester chippies. However, that said, the fish was perfectly edible. Just different.

Worst chippy in the UK!!!! Straight to the bin! Completely waste of money. Didn't even asked me if I wanted it small or large chips. Just slammed the extra large portion to get the most amount of money. 8.50 for a batter sausage and a massive portion of chips which went straight to the bin. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

Had a diner kebab but when I got it home none of it was actually made. It was all in separate boxes. Quite expensive considering so little effort went in to it.
