Absolutely excellent service from Julie and Carol. Over the last 10 or so year Carol has acted for my dad in his buy and selling if homes. Which speaks for its self on the service they offer. I now went to her my self. Spoke to Julie, what a lovely lady. She was there every step of the way through Selling my late father's house. She is very professional but full of empathy to. As it was very difficult at times for me to sell my dad's house. Thanks Julie and Carol x

Carol is amazing! We were buying our first home and was recommended to Carol from our building developer. She kept us updated on everything that was going on and gave us fast replies. Fast turn around and kept to our deadlines. 100% recommend.
Being completely faire with my review, I profoundly recommend you to search for another solicitor. CS Conveyancing (in particular Natalie S.) dealt with the sale of my flat in London and they made my experience a real nightmare.
Let me give you only facts:
(1) It took 15 weeks from having the offer until completion
(2) The person dealing with your case is an admin person and NOT the solicitor (I never spoke with the person legally responsible for my transaction)
(3) The admin person dealing with my case kept forgetting to ask me for required documents and these further delayed matters.
(4) Lots of hidden fees - basically the "management fee" for them is only sending emails but every document that they need to find on your behave is extra (~£100-£200)
(5) Very slow response - they would take 3 working days or more sometimes to respond an email with two lines. Upon my complaint they send me their T&Cs, which did not contain anything related to response times.
(6) Zero Transparency - adding to #5, they basically do not communicate and I was left constantly in the dark during the transaction.
It was a very unnecessary painful experience for me and I hope you read this review and avoid this agency.
Natalie at CS Conveyancing was excellent. I was sceptical of online solicitors but the experience could not have been better had I gone to a local solicitor. Communication was excellent, which was my main concern, the sale of my parents house was dealt with very efficiently. All for a fixed fee. I definitely highly recommend.
We used this company for the purchase of our home. The transaction was in February of this year all fees were paid to them. In April we were getting threatening letters from HMRC for the stamp duty, I called CS numerous times to be told the cheque was in the post. In the end I called HMRC who advised the cheque was dated only a few days before my call. Unfortunately our saga didn't end here!! We have solar panels and the documentation was incomplete what CS had sent to us as the owners of them were the previous owners not us. Finally after months last month we received our first payment from our supplier 6 months after completion.
What, a rip off company. They say no hidden charges which is a lie. Their service was very poor and the sale dragged out for months because they did not answer emails for days. The first sale fell through before survey had been done and minimal work carried out, yet the still charged over £250 which was a shock. I should have been worried when got things mixed up and promised a fixes price for the sale yet the price was nearly double. Would never use or recommend.
never got to speak with my solicitor once through out my purchasing process. took 5 months to complete for cash buyer. the assistants were so rude. really bad customer service . made several mistakes on the registration doc and blaming the land register office when they sent the wrong info. will never used them again. costing me over £600 and a painful 5 months of waiting before everyone was completed.
