Horrendous service. Never using this pharmacy again. Lost business few times now. Always pay for next day delivery but parcels are usually not dispatched until 2 days later. Called them up and told me as I’ve ordered through Faces I’m not a priority customer.
Refused to look for my name , made me log in to my NHS account to give him the number, in front of everyone asked what’s the reason for not paying for my prescription, and even after I suggested to tick the box myself once I sign the slip , he still read the “reason “ out loud when I was signing the slip .
Never going back to that pharmacy .
The staff are very personable and knowledgeable. My parents have used this pharmacy for more than 40 years and no complaints!
They overcharge for items and do not take returns. I purchased something over the counter in error and wanted to return it and they refused to take it back even though the seals were intact and I had a receipt. Will take my custom elsewhere. Avoid this pharmacy.

The pharmacist is the most amazing young lady.
We have been using Krystal pharmacy for years. We’ve raised two kids from babies to fully grown adults cough bottles to medication the staff here have been looking out for our family for years now as if they were there own … from a heart warming smile and a helping hand nothing is too much trouble. If they can help with any medical issues or tablets, they will. I would never use any other pharmacy Krystal pharmacy ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I was so sad to hear Manjit had sadly passed away in February as I pick up my prescription every three months. He was so helpful always and an absolute gentleman. He will be missed by all but his warmth and friendship will remain always. R.I.P my friend. His lovely family and friends will im sure continue his legacy with the care they have showed us all.
