I had a great experience with Crystal Auto Care Garage. They repaired the body work on my car after it was badly scratched. They were fast, honest, reliable and my car looks as good as new. Would definitely use them again and recommend to others! :)
I had an MOT and full service
I found them very respectful and polite. To me that's very important because I don't like to give my money to people who don't have any manners.
The quality of work was very good and that gives you confidence.,
What I also liked was the fact that they didn't finish your car and then wait a few hours before contacting me, I got my car back the same day and at a reasonable hour.
They also gave me good advice on things that will be an issue in the future, but they suggested that I wait, so it wasn't all about taking my money.
And finally and most important, they are very good value for money

Great service and quick turnaround for MOT, service etc
This company did my car's MOT and service. They were excellent - quick, thorough, courteous, professional service. Although my car passed its MOT they highlighted a couple of issues and asked me if I wanted the work done which I chose to do. This company took over from previous occupants about six months ago. Polite service and they listened to what I wanted. I'd happily recommend them on the basis of my experience.
We have used Crystal Auto Care several times for servicing and MOTs and have always found them very helpful and efficient to deal with. Communication is good and the job is always done very promptly. We particularly like the collection and delivery service. Would definitly recommend.
On the evening of 29 November 2021, Crystal Auto Care collected my car for a service & mot. My vehicle was repaired to a very high standard (2yr old problem with breaklight also rectified). Not only does car feel as if its been serviced, it also feels as if its really been worked on. Absolutely no qualms recommending you.
