Do not go here. Not trustworthy, not reliable and poor service. Got told it was X price for a service. When I came to pay it was a lot more. When questioned, they initially said this was due to VAT - which did not add up. They then said it was due to ‘special’ oil which costs £70 for my very common car. When further questioned, the (assumed) manager said “that is it and it’s final” then walked away. I had no choice to pay given that they had my key. I felt very vulnerable being a lone women and feel that they took advantage of that.
First time we have used the garage and I must say that the service from the staff was great, they did an MOT and service on my wifes car and I was impressed by the knowledge of the owner when talking of a problem on my sons car.
They are a good old-fashioned garage with no fills but I felt very comfortable with them.
This is the first time I've used Crown Garage services after having it recommended to me by a colleague at work . I have lived all over the United Kingdom in the last 10 years and this garage is by far the best I have used . After being quoted £2028 by audi to replace my EGR Cooler and an additional £70 just to plug my car in to diagnose it , I decided to take the car to crown garages . Audi misdiagnosed the fault which would of left me in a very costly situation. Chris (Crown garages) went above and beyond to fault diagnose a complex issue with my car and managed to fix the problem for £250. Communication was excellent and they worked around my busy work schedule to ensure I didn't go without a car. Would highly recommend this garage for any issues you may have and I will being using this garage without hesitation for any future work that may occur. Excellent service throughout .

It’s my first time using Crown. I’m very happy with my service. Paul and the guys are friendly and helpful. It’s getting harder and harder to find good, honest garages that aren’t trying to rip you off. This will be my regular garage from now on
I got quotes from 3 other body shops to repair 2 bits of damage to my car. Crown was the cheapest and the most expensive quoted over double. Cheapest isn't necessarily always best, but I went with Crown and honestly, you'd never know the car had been dinged. Can't get better than that.
My car's slowly been having more and more go wrong with it. Have taken it to another garage because Crown are so terrible at communicating anything at any point and leaving you waiting. It turns out that while I was charged for time investigating the bushes and told me they were sorted, they've actually just botched the old ones with some silicone. This is not the first time they said that they've fixed something and lied to me about it.
Poor service. I brought my car almost two weeks ago for a full service and I haven't yet received my invoice. Had to call the owner several times and hopefully will receive it soon. Tyres pressure wasn't checked up. Quite expensive service too.
