Popped into garage with no appointment as knocking sound. Guys in the garage looked at issue and identified another issue with steering. They ordered the part and all fixed within 90 mins. My kids are so happy as heading to Blackpool on Monday!!! Great work and thanks so much.....you are Legends!!

Booked the car in for new front suspension arms and a gearbox mount, they assured me it’d be done same day. It wasn’t....and when I went to collect the car the next day expecting both jobs to have been done I was told that they haven’t fitted the gearbox mount, they charged me £290 though and gave no reason as to why they didn’t fit it, I can only assume it’s so they can charge me for another few of hours Labour, it could have easily have been done while the car was up on the ramp. They hadn’t even ordered the part, they told me I could order one online if I liked and bring it back.....very unprofessional. They also ripped off my elderly father who had a problem with the fan heater in his car, I diagnosed the fault and he told them what needed to be replaced, it was a relay resistor switch which is located just behind the glove box, it’s an easy fix and wouldn’t even have taken half an hour. They didn’t take any notice of what they where told, they fitted a brand new complete fan and charged him over £170 for it......and the heater in the car still didn’t work....not until I went and bought a relay resistor switch from a car spares suppliers and fitted it for him myself. The switch cost £13.40p and took me twenty minutes. I don’t know whether they are just incompetent or blatantly ripping people off, either way.....not I, or my poor old dad will never use them again. You can make up your own minds.
Been to this place for the past few years for MOT usually great, however this year we took the car there and was given a list of issues and was told they won’t touch it.
Turns out the majority of the issues were not true and that the ones that were issues were all minor except 1 issue which could easily be fixed.
New people here, very dishonest and have no interest in using them again, also advise others to steer clear.
