Best KPortal Reviews

What a beautiful atmospheric pub! A superb pint of BBS Milk Stout, served by the lovely Sue! Thank you, five stars all the way. : )
Great old style pub with good selection of beers. Locals and owner very friendly. Thai food trailer that parks in the car park dors excellent food and will bring it to you whilst you have a drink. Can eat it in the beer garden but not in the pub itself.
Popped in for a 'swift half' after a walk from the holiday park opposite.
Stayed for a couple of hours enjoying nice beer and even better company from the local regulars.
Very welcoming, 'proper' pub. Doesn't serve food, but there was a nice Thai food wagon outside when I visited which I used for a take-out after leaving the pub.
Was staying at Croft Farm Waterpark and popped for a drink, lovely little pub with a beer garden. Lovely staff and then we had some food from Kat and Neil at the Karaket Thai Street Food Catering Van in the carpark. We were able to eat the food in the beer garden and the food was incredible. We had Chicken pad thai, green curry and pancake rolls. Great portions and so reasonably priced...we will definitely be returning. Highly recommended
The pub was friendly with polite staff, the deal breaker was the Thai street food trailer that served the most authentic Thai food I’ve tasted since being in the country
Spent a lovely Sunday afternoon here. We were made to feel very welcome with our 3 greyhounds. The New Zealand Haka ale was beautiful. We will be back next time we are in the area. A proper pub. Loved it xx
I really enjoyed my time here as staff are friendly and children can still play around and enjoy themselves. John at the pub always brings light and joy to the world outside
Great selection of drinks and a nice beer garden. Very hospitable landlord
