Great service booked for a 5:30am pick up. Text to say car on way with details of colour and reg. arrived on time and safely got me to the train station. Very pleasant driver and car extremely clean. Definitely use them again
Brother got scammed by somebody who he thought needed a taxi. They person ran off without paying the fare. The taxi driver was extremely abusive to him without understanding the situation. Unpressional in my opinion. Very disappointed.
Absolutely appalling. Booked a wheelchair accessible taxi which was obviously very important. Didn’t turn up. No idea if they’re even going to get one so completely stuck with a disabled person. Would not recommend under any circumstances.

Pre-booked a taxi to pick me up from the train station at a particular time and received a text message confirming the booking but then the taxi never showed up. I rang them only to be told that nobody wanted to accept the booking at it was too busy, but nobody had decided to tell me... Used Uber instead. So much for supporting a local business!
Ordered taxi to go to wedding in Salford , booked week in advance, told booking office ''do not send van type vehicle. Vehicle arrived 15 ninuets late and it was a dirty old van,and we are nearly 90 years old, had trouble getting in and out driver did not know where to go and took us to wrong location after extensive detours long way round. I had to tell driver how to get to Lowry Theatre , told him to follow tram lines. Will I use them again? what do you think. Disgusting service. Would have refused to get in vehicle but did not have time to order elsewhere.Also, rear suspension seemed loose, wonder if van had M.O.T.
Just been flipped off by one of there drivers. I pulled left out of a road he pulled right crossing my path. I braked for him not wanting a minor collision. Never said anything to him but then his hand came out of the window to flip me off. If I had of smashed him it would of been his fault and his passenger could of claimed as well as my self. I called there office. They could not care less. I mentioned where it was and was a red car as I had turned off that road but told it could be anyone. Thought you had a Computer in front of you connected to a pda or mobile normally using a app like auto cab. That's how I know they couldn't care less. I certainly wouldn't use them as I use a 2 b cars when needing a taxi. If I would have not been so busy I might of took his plate number and reported him to the council as just to waste his time getting called in to explain.
My elderly old mum/me have just been yelled at by your driver. Was told we must "be confused" and in "the wrong place" or "still inside the station & diesel isn't free"
The driver would NOT stop accusing us of being in the wrong place! Telling us it was our fault.
We gave up when he would not stop shouting!
Atrocious lack of service for a regular vulnerable customer who booked your company in good faith.
We've been collected by taxis from the same location for over 40 years & waitied right outside Victoria Station.
NEVER had a problem. NEVER been patronised/yelled at.
Totally unnacceptible, disrespectful and the very worst "customer focused service".
