Woman on the phone was awful to talk too, had no interest in my cat which was an emergency like I told her multiple times! He was registered with them she said he’s not and they aren’t taking on. He definitely was registered with them when he’s been before for other reasons & I have proof! She had no interest anyway and after reading the reviews I’m so glad my boy couldn’t get in there! All my family have used this vets over the years they certainly won’t now. No compassion, you’re in the wrong job!
I have been a customer here for many years. Since Medivet took over, the level of service has steadily declined. Had an emergency after my dog had a fit, and the vets was closed, and the emergency number was not working either. It appears that money is more important than pets or service...
After 12 months of the Croft treating my cat for an infection in her mouth and the cat not getting any better,I swopped vets and they found out in less than a week that she had mouth cancer and it was incurable.My beautiful girl suffered in silence and was in so much pain and the Croft did nothing except keep taking my money for steroids and medication that was never going to work.I am now £3,000 lighter and my girl has passed away.Shame on you the Croft.,you aren't fit to practice.
Three generations of my family have brought their pets to you,but never ever again.You also killed my mum's cat when your negligence.
I have not visited The Croft since early this year but my Jack Russell terrier, Bandit, was taken there for thirteen and a half years and I have always valued their service.

Had been a customer for over 6 years since my previous vets had closed their local practice. It started out about avrage but has slipped badly over the last 2 years. With the events of the pandemic at the start their efforts on handling it were fair for routine problems but you can't discuss anything in depth on a carpark in howlong wind and heavy rain. When restrictions were lifted they continued this then bizarre practice of carpark exchanges and lack of sympathy with upset pet owners having to hand over their pets to go in without their owners. Try having a frightened or stressed pet in this scenario, once restrictions lifted this ammounted to bizarre behaviour on part of the vets with the only time allowed inside was to have a pet put to sleep.
I cannot recomend these vets anymore whatsoever and have returned to my original vets of 22 years at their other further away branch.
Would never use again after the issues i had. Even took them to a tribunal and eventually when they offered to settle, they then just stopped replying to emails
bad experience where, they offer to discuss the issues on public platforms, but when you attempt to engage in conversations via phone/email, they ignore you. they recently deleted there old google reviews and started fresh. I wonder why
