Don't judge a pub by the outside! An amazing retro pub with a classic atmosphere. Friendly staff and friendly patrons. Really grateful value and if you're into classic rock the perfect place for you!
Nice friendly small pub.
Good pint of wainwright's on draft,Nice selection of Newcastle shirts behind the bar and records and a couple of guitars inside

Every pint I've had has been good been going a few months after working in the area some nice food / snacks very welcoming great for music and open ???? night
I just popped in for a pint one evening, I went in because I could see from outside that they served Theikstones best bitter.
Pint was spot on.
There is a good selection of beers and spirits. I like dark rum and I could see they stocked three very good ones.
The pub inside is a temple to Newcadtle United, I imaging you could have a great afternoon if Newcastle were playing.
I will return in the near future.

A local pub where visitors feel welcome. Good service, reasonable drinks, clean toilets. Limited food options. Ideal if you support Newcastle but okay if you don't.
Short stay in Newbiggin-by-the-Sea and this was by far the best and most friendliest pub we visited, both staff and locals. Decent prices too. They serve warm pork scratchings too. Loads of Toon shirts decorate one part whilst the other has a selection of guitar and music decorations. Well worth a visit.
