I always enjoy my pedicures here, they do more than your average spot with paraffin and hot towels. Sometimes a little slow because they are always busy so don’t go if you’re in a rush! Sit back and enjoy the massage chairs :)
I have been here many times for both pedicures snd manicures and most of the time have had good experiences. There have been a handful of times where my service has been rushed snd the results have not been completely satisfactory. I think they overbook themselves sometimes and it causes the technicians to rush. However the owner and nail techs are always very friendly and the salon is very nice.
You do not want to go here!!! Kevin did my nails and was so rough I have blisters. I voiced my concerns to the manager Dennis and he said “but the nails look good”. He offered a $25 gift card! Really!?! Like I will ever go here again. The only place I am going is to the doctor to make sure I don’t have a staph infection.
i’m very happy with my visit today. i used to feel rushed and thought my nails were bad when i left. but i was very pleased today. i was asked multiple times if i was still ok with everything (shape color etc) i had good small talk as well!
This is a busy and nice looking establishment. I chose to upgrade to the ultimate pedicure for the massage. Well, I didn't get a massage. I got 10 minutes of rubbing in lotion. I wish they actually gave you a massage. Hardly any pressure and the same strokes over and over. Boring.
The Mani and Pedi themselves were average. Pricey but they got me in quickly, so that's cool.
Kevin from Heaven is absolutely wonderful! He worked extra hard to pretty up my ugly toes and feet. He is very warm and friendly too. His massages are the best! If you try Crescent Nails I would recommend asking for Kevin to receive the best pedicure ever!
Love this place. Super clean and they do a great job every time…especially David. And coming from a girl who runs a lot and has rough looking feet I appreciate them never commenting on the shape of my toenails (which sadly I’ve had at several other salons).
Its first time nails salon experience for me. And very bad. It’s very bad service. They didn’t finished our nail after we have been waiting for haft an hour. and done very bad job for my kids. We were walk-in and ask the girl at the front desk if we can do our nails today because I didn’t make a reservation and she said yes can do at 1 o’clock. And we okay. We wait from 12:45 to 01:33 finally they start to clean our foot, not even finish cleaning yet, They said their can’t do our nails and one girl she try to finish my daughter nails but not really good job and ripped off after done in 1 hours. I’m not even get to paint my nails and we have to get out off the chair with confusing and I have to pay $90 for nothing done. Never go back there again.
