Worst ambience ever! Such a waste of time and money! Unhygienic place. All the tables were dirty with leftover food and cutlery the staffs don't have time to clean as they said. There's completely no hygiene as those who prepared the crepes and waffles didn't wear gloves. They were definitely short staffed. They ran out of strawberries but couldn't bother to tell us while we placed the order. £8.40 for just a classic waffle with chocolate sauce and no presentation at all or ice cream felt total rip off. Order came after 45 minutes and for all this mess it wasn't worth. Will never visit again.
Filthy place all tables full plates and glass staff not clearing just chating filthy toilets no manager in shop to complaint zero star just to get on page gave 1 worst creams ever filthy 1 waitress European with glasses was smoking and drinking tea when she came back did not clear table i would sack her date 31 05 2023 time 1635 head office check cameras u lost a lot of customer s store manager as no customer service skills head office store they don't care look at the seats in the store are so badly worn need to take training from KFC and Mcdonald how to run a franchise shame on them
horrible experience
Yesterday I went to Kids Quest inside Creams cafe at The Exchange in Ilford with my 6 years old daughter. I paid for 1 hour soft play ,donut and slush. After long wait for the donut they brought me box of donuts. When my daughter already started eating her donut I heard the staff yelling at me infront of other customers and my child that I only paid for one donut and not the box. I was humiliated. I offered to pay for the whole box of donuts but they told me that I dont have to. The customers should not pay for the staff mistakes. I wanted to run away from there as fast as I could and unfortunately I will never return to this place.
I loved the desert at creams cafe, I went with a friend and the customer service assistant was very funny which made my experience memorable. I ordered a waffle desert with ice cream which arrived at the right temperature. I went during the COVID-19 pandemic so there was hardly anyone in store

UPDATE: this place has now closed. I am not at all surprised.
I can now see why this place has bad reviews. Customer service at point of entry was lacking even after standing by the counter for a few minutes. No acknowledgement from staff even after making eye contact. Honestly, if I hadn’t mentioned to my kids I was treating them to ice cream, I would have walked out.
For the money you are spending on a treat, you would want to be treated like a valued customer, but nope.
Giving 2 ⭐️ as the ice cream was ok and they have vegan options. Otherwise, it would have easily been a star review. Let’s just say I won’t be coming back. ????????♀️
Its kinda ok, but I recommend your staff to smile otherwise atmosphere is dead. Waffle was nice but with less sauce and fresh berries would be better, thanks!
Amazing customer service and the best vegan ice cream I've had in London! Daniel was our server and he took really good care of us!!! So friendly and professional. Will definitely be back soon!
