Ordered food in November, left a review on just eat, and they replied but didn’t get notified so I’ve only just seen it now.
Plastic was in the pizza, they replied saying they don’t use plastic, which is all well and good but my partner bit into the pizza and it was literally in the pizza and in his mouth. Didn’t get any money back either when I requested, just an apology and denying they use plastic. Photos attached. Won’t be going here again.

Abridged version: Order should have been delivered between 8pm and 8.30pm. No show by 8.45pm, reported on Just Eat. Never received any contact from the restaurant. Called 3 times, to no answer. Food finally arrived just as I was about to cancel it in disgust at 9pm. When asked about the late delivery, driver said nothing, just handed over the food - which was awful: Pizza cold, and stuck to the box coz it was not completely cooked through. Fries were pale, soft, rubbery and undercooked. Only thing they got right were the milkshakes, which were admittedly pretty good.
Crunchy waffle and good presentation. Reasonably priced too. This waffle was The Monster. Next week I tried the biscuff blondie, also tasty.
This place has earned this review as the quality and the taste of thier food is simply so delicious that i had to leave them Five stars ???? ???? ???? ???? ????.....! Carve Lab I guess I will crave for your menu from now on ...! Thanks!
Food was cold and sent a cup of some dirty water instead of a milkshake absolutely disgusting behavior from any type of food place
Avoid like the plague!! I should have listened to the reviews. I ordered at 7:45 and it’s gone 9 and still nothing. Just ordered 2 milkshakes and after calling up was told would be as soon as possible, which means they haven’t even been made! Was told to get refund from just eat which is impossible to get through to them.
Tried out new local desert bar for the first time and can say was very impressed with their different varieties of desserts. Something different to all the dessert places. Waffles and shakes are amazing. Will definitely be coming back
Great food and amazing time for delivery and delivery man was very nice , the only thing I would say is to write which milk shake is which as we had no clue on who's milk shake was who's but apart from that 5????stars
