Very knowledgeable doctors and nurses with a good bedside manner. Receptionists are friendly and helpful. Wish my parents lived closer so that I could register them here and trust that they are safe with their medical care as I trust this hardworking team to look after my family well.
When my hornchurch surgery shut I was very unsure... but this surgery so much nicer and accessible. All so friendly.
Just visited (15.45 BST. 16.03.2022) the GP surgery above to collect blood test results.
Being generally a critic by nature, I felt it necessary to balance matters by stating that I have just had a very pleasurable experience yet again at this surgery.
The waiting/reception area is warm and inviting, nicely decorated and with numerous indoor plants. The female receptionist on duty was charming! helpful friendly and professional adding to the ambience.

My Mother is registered with this Practice and her GP (Dr Tina) is amazing - so kind, caring and knowledgeable. The reception staff are always very helpful too. Thank you for all you do looking after my Mum.
The medical care is excellent and the receptionists are helpful and polite. The real downside to the surgery is the complete lack of electronic comms. All contact has to be on paper or by phone, which is totally inadequate in the 21st century.
The best doctors there is very friendly staff on reception who all ways do there best to help and Dr Antonie is amazing very friendly and cares a lot about her patients. I wish I never had to leave when I moved house. Please take me back ????
About one year ago I decided to register with this Practice as it come recommended & I'm very happy I did & I got my dad to do the same. Staff are very polite customer friendly. My dad & I are thankful for this local practice.
Although the Upminster surgery is more local to me I always prefer dealing with the receptionists at the Cranham surgery always polite and helpful as recently as yesterday I needed assistance with my prescription and Trina was really helpful .
